For decades, Tosho Filipovski has researched, documented and collected the history of Macedonian music. His work encompasses releases, photographs, posters, flyers, tickets and other material traces of music culture. He is the author of Macedonian Rock Encyclopedia 1963–2018 and Macedonian Discography – Vinyls 1958–2019, and received the 2021 state ‘Mito Hadži Vasilev-Jasmin’ award for achievements in publicistics. Within MK Music Archive, he leads the cultural, archival and research direction: identifying significant stories and sources, preserving historical context, and shaping how the project can serve Macedonian music heritage responsibly.

Vasil Buraliev works at the intersection of music documentation, registry concepts, product thinking and software architecture. He is the founder of VBU Music Registry and founder and Editor-in-Chief of Music Nonstop Today, with a long-standing practice of observing and documenting Macedonian music. His music-industry training includes MOST, and the VBU Music Registry concept was recognised through the HEMI incubator. Drawing on more than two decades of professional experience in software, digital transformation and product development, he contributes to the Registry concept, information model, and technical and systems direction—working collaboratively with the project team and with close respect for the research sources.
